Report Cards and Such

TODAY WE GOT REPORT CARDS

And it just goes to show that what you think is something that you're happy with is something that somebody else will be disappointed with. I'm pretty much fine with all my marks, but no matter how "sad" or "depressing" it may sound, it's ultimately not my opinion.

Yeah I wonder where I'll end up a few years from now. Maybe it'll all be fine. I don't know.

A huge thanks to everybody who made my day great. I absolutely love everything that I received and the people behind the gifts and birthday wishes. Sorry for the somewhat belated post. You may know already but I don't enjoy talking about my own birthday on the actual day that it takes place.

Done with the Cringe

There's a bad habit that I have with this blog: capitalizing each word in a post title or subheader. So starting now I'll strive towards an appropriately-punctuated-blog.

Subheader actually has dual meaning. It means done with a) birthday cringe, and b) capitalization cringe. Maybe this is another cringe worthy thing. Ew cringe.

Just Shy Of 40K

Wow everything's gone by so quickly and now I'm already done Term 1 and heading into the second term. I haven't been giving my blog enough affection and while I was being ignorant it somehow racked up 39K views. It's a small number, but it's something that Phil can still laugh at me about.

Hoping that we'll hit at least 40K by early or mid December, just in time to do something like a Christmas themed post. I actually don't really know what to do for themed posts. Maybe I'll tweak up the blog to fit the holiday spirit. I should get started on that now, because if I do something like that I want it to be really nice.

Gah This Is Boring

Just finished a three hour long session of reffing for Bantam Girls Volleyball. My lips are burning and the aching feeling in my ears is accompanied by a throbbing headache. To be honest I was really glad when it all ended (Alpha did end up making it to the next round, so there's something), and was ready to get home and just relax...

THEN I REALIZED THAT I HAD A BIOLOGY RETEST TOMORROW AND I CAN'T WASTE ANY TIME WHAT AM I DOING BLOGGING?

I haven't uploaded any pictures in the last few posts... hmmm...

Ketchup Time

I. Alpha League of Legends Tournament is go. Met with Caucus yesterday and we got everything settled. Hope to start getting posters up by next week and having a meeting sometime soon after that.

II. I'm pretty okay with my marks right now. 93% in Pre-Calc 11, not sure for French, not sure for Foods, and 85% in Bio (maybe I should be studying to try to bump myself up to an A right now...), which in reality is something I can live with.

III. Didn't even hit Gold for the end of the season :c

IV. Not enough time to watch anime on a daily basis; I've been reduced to watching everything that I've missed in one night when I'm free. I'm still terribly behind on The Walking Dead.

Overall Really Happy With The Way This Blog Is Growing

Even though the amount of views fluctuates every month, it looks like this blog is slowly growing. I'm so happy that Kevin's Blog turned out to be something worth the time that I have put into it. Looks like the past two years have somewhat payed off.

In the end (it doesn't even maaatteeeeerrrrrr) I just want you guys to keep visiting because otherwise this blog becomes a sad wasteland of disappointment and empty dreams. So uhm, thanks c:

Nothing To Write About

Sorry this post is kinda small. I'm having a hard time finding things to write about. Not sure if it's the lack of things in my life or just because I'm dumb. And when I get stuck in this kind of situation I usually just turn to you.

How was your day? Hope it was good ^^ I myself had an alright day. I just 8 and typically I like to relax right after, so that's what I'm doing (to be brutally honest I'm one of the 42K viewers of the 24 hour Vayne stream by gosu). Well then, this is the end. I'll see you (or maybe not :c) next time.

November's Here ^^

I Like November

For various reasons. It just feels like a good month. It's almost the end of the year, but not quite there yet. September and October are too orientated on school and they're the two months that you use to get accustomed. December is Christmas and to be frank with you I'm not that much of a Christmas type of person. Very little aspects appeal to me and I find the holiday to be a bit... awry?

It also hosts a few things, such as Movember and NaNoWriMo, however both of them probably don't mean much to me since a) I don't really shave anyways, and b) I've never actually finished NaNoWriMo.

Actually Doing Alright In Bio

TODAY MARKS WERE UPDATED AND I'M AT 86% WOW HOW DID THIS HAPPEN.

Through a combination of assignments, lab work, and a really good and really bad test mark I somehow managed to scrap together an A. There's a genetics test coming up and I want to score well on it to give me a nice cushion. I'm also planning to use my single retest for the cell test (aka the one I majorly screwed up on), so as long as I dedicate these last few weeks of Term 1 to Bio, I should be able to pull through.

I AM CURRENTLY SILVER I AND I HAVE 0 LP WOOOOOOOO. SOMEHOW HAVE TO JUGGLE BIO AND LEAGUE BECAUSE IT'D BE COOL IF I COULD MAKE IT TO GOLD BEFORE THE END OF THE SEASON, WHICH IS ON NOVEMBER 11.

Speaking of November, I should probably start thinking about what kind of present I want to give my mom.

S-S-SPOOKY SKELTONS (WARNING MAY SPOOK YOU)

Originally I intended to put a GIF of some spooky skeletons dancing around but then I realized that I didn't want anybody with a phobia of skeletons to stumble across my blog and then get nightmares (especially since I still have chills from last night). I also considered putting it down further in the blog to stop anybody, but then I realized (wow again) that temptation is extremely strong.

Explanation: I was on the LoL subreddit and came across this Creepypasta-esque story about Shaco. Near the end the Original Poster (OP) put up a link to a sound clip of the Shaco's laughter mentioned in the story.

In my heart I knew I shouldn't have clicked it.

But I did.

End of the story, I became a bit more sensitive.

Pumpkins And The End

Carved a pumpkin on Thursday and handed out candy with some friends yesterday. A pretty fun party was held and all in all a really fun night. Thanks to all the people who helped out with everything the past few days.

I actually had typed out this post last night but ended up forgetting to publish it, so I changed a few words and that was that. Anyhow, Happy Late Halloween. Hope you had a good one. I'm a 9 today and I'll see you in the next post.
