I don't think you understand that a simple game completely unrelated to a movie that is 8 years old. It's a poor movie reaching 6.8, you really think the lawyers would give a crap for using a term that is widely used for a lot of things? Understand that there's "Underworld Shop", Underworld (band), and even a whole film series on Underworld. Why aren't they sued? Silly jealous boy.
