I was kind of hoping for a win from the Canucks to start off the playoffs, but I guess that the Kings got there first. The Kings won 4 - 2 in Game One and are currently leading the series 1 - 0. But then again, I'm predicting that the Canucks will win the series 4 - 1, so as long as they win the next four, I'll be happy (but that seems kind of unlikely if they keep this playing up).
Anyways, Vancouver down 1 - 0 in the series, it's nothing. We'll just own them harder in the next game.
Anyways, Onto My Day
It's hard to say that one thing in my day was not related to the Canucks. I went over to my Brian's house today... to watch the Canucks game. But I have a pretty cool story to tell you (which thankfully does not involve the loss from the Canucks).
So, as I was saying, I was at Brian's house today when his mom told us to leave at 9:30PM and when I called home, I found out that my aunt had fallen asleep (she had called earlier and asked me if I needed I ride and I thought I didn't XP). So I ended up walking home with Angelo and my brother and on the way there, we saw... WORMS.
They were HUGE. It look like they were growing out of the grass and onto the pavement and it was literally like trying to play a game of Minesweeper. Anyways, we got really freaked out for the six blocks that we had to walk back to Angelo's place (where I would chill until my mom came to pick me up) and we still could not believe that the worms were there.
So overall, a kind of epic and awesome day, but I'm still bummed about the Canucks.
See You Next Time!
I haven't posted for a while and I think "next time" will be in about a few days. A few changes to this blog I made were the font of the whole blog and just a few settings I had to change. Errr... what else? Oh yeah. I was thinking about starting another blog about the problems of the Earth and... I guess you'll really find out about it when you take a good look at it in a few weeks notice (I'm taking this really seriously, so I'm going to put some actual time into this).
So, in a futile attempt to cram all the events of today into a few words, here goes. Canucks lost, giant worms, Earth's problems and school. Sure sounds like a fun day to me (sarcasm XD). I think I'll rate this day a good old 9. I'll hopefully see you on the day of the next Canucks game and until then, remember. Never go out around 9:30PM in the night when it's dark and wet because you will most likely step on a giant worm and when you get home, you'll be like, "OH DAMN. WORM GUTS ON MY SHOE."
