#20: My Earliest Childhood Memory

#20: Everything's Really Jumbled Up

I can't quite put a date on some of my memories from my days as a toddler, so I am not 100% sure if this is my earliest memory, however it's still worth a shot. Here's a nice picture of Megumi from Gj-bu before we embark on a maaaagicaaaaal blast to the past.

(Actually my daily journal told me to glue something into the book and copy it, however I didn't have anything at hand. I ended up referring to a file on my computer and tried drawing this wonderful illustration.)

Quick warning: this an extremely boring childhood memory. My brother was drinking milk and he ended up spilling it. At the time only my dad was home and to my surprise he was pretty chill about it. He said something along the lines of, "Good thing your mom's not home ^^" and helped us clean up.

So that's that ._.

Term 3 Almost Over >.<

Heeeey, another year has almost passed by. After this it'll only be two years before I graduate and then get kicked out into a harsher world. This school year has been better than last year in most aspects, and I'm pretty alright with my decisions.

AP BIO EXAM COMING UP SOOOOOOOOON.

Goodnight c: I'm an 8 for today. Catch ya in the next post.

Heeeeelp Me

English Project

http://kevinzoo.wix.com/atax

Help me ;_;

Any suggestions or advice would be great, since I have no idea what I'm doing. You probably can't say much on the content as I haven't added much to the site, but you can help with the design and any weird bugs/things you come across.

EDIT: I wrote this up Saturday night but never got around to posting it. It's now Monday and the assignment has already been handed in ^-^

#19: The Last Thing that Made Me Cry

It's pretty typical that people cry less as they age, and I'm definitely no exception. The last thing that made me shed a tear was the last episode of Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso, an anime that recently finished airing. While I wasn't completely bawling, it was pretty sad.

As for the last time I absolutely just wailed and let everything out... I don't know. My memory tends to not be able to go back that far.

School's Back

It was weird going back to school, but also reassuring and unnerving that I'll be completely done grade 10 in a few months. Today wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, and truth be told, I'm kinda looking forward to how things are going to turn out tomorrow.

That's all for today. Scurry on outta here. I'm a 7 for today.

Jeez What do I Say? (>.<)

You put me on the spot

Hi. Uh, my name is Kevin and I have not blogged for a few days because I have nothing to say. I haven't been doing anything productive the last few days and I really doubt that the next few days will be any better. Dunno how to deal with anything that's going on, and I'm confused as to how I'm supposed to do anything. Feels like the rest of the year is going to be a mess for me.

Here. Take this.

I don't want it. Maybe you do.

Hell, there's a lot of stuff that I sure don't want.

The Great Anti-Bucket List

It's finally here wow. Gaze upon it with your eyes and feast on the glory that is the Great Anti-Bucket List (somewhat late edition).

1. Break a finger (yo that actually sounds terrible)
2. Break anything in general
3. Have a hangover
4. Watch Boku no Pico (oh wait...)
5. Sing in front of a crowd
6. Fall in love with a guy who looks like a girl
7. Fall in love with a girl who looks like a guy
8. Make another Anti-Bucket List
9. Lose all my friends
10. Browse FiftyFifty for more than 5 minutes
11. Go on a blind date (nevermind, cross that out and put it onto the Bucket List)
11. Lose a sense/become disabled (most of all I'd hate being blind, funny, cause of the old #11)
12. Get lost in a foreign country (oh actually cross that one out too)
12. Watch a horror movie (I'm really bad with them)

Blog Changes? and Bye!

Wish me luck reader! I'll need it for several things. Thinking about changing up the blog soon. Now whether that means a banner change or a complete overhaul... I don't know yet. Depends on how (un)successfully I manage to rush my English project over the weekend. Maybe I won't even change anything.

Dude you're great for sticking around. Here, you know what, take this with you and hopefully after you listen to it you'll be refreshed. Seriously though, thanks for reading. I do say this quite a bit, but if anything I mean it a lot this time. Uhhh, how do I even feel today...? It's very unstable, although if I had to put a number on it, I'd probably be a 5. OR you could just disregard the number for today and go along your merry way. I should be up to par in a bit. Bye now~

Week One is Oveeeeeeeeeeeer

Work Status

Almost done all my bio actually :) I have two more chapters of guided reading to do, and although I don't quite understand what I'm reading, I'll try to figure it out over the next week. Everything is well on the bio ship (surprisingly, considering there was a daunting amount of work). Looking to finish bio by tonight.

English project hasn't been started. The way that things are looking, I'll either hardcore finish it over two days, or do one section per day until break ends, using the last few days to add finishing touches.

Plan sounds good. Now time to see how much I can prevent myself from failing.

League Tournament

Finally finished the first round and we're now into our semi-finals. Everything has gone pretty well, which is quite different than what I originally had in mind for a turnout. With the minimal success that this tournament has seen, I'm already jumping towards making another tournament before the end of the school year.

But when I think about it, another tournament might not turn out too well. There are teams that I can see would likely not participate again, and it would be more difficult with all the exams and such. End of year is a hectic time, and I have my own studies.

Who knows? ^^ I'll leave it up to the future.

That's it for this Post

Not too much going on around these times. Winter season almost ending, so one of the upcoming posts will be on that.

Alrighty then, seeya later ^^ I'm an 8 for today.

Hey :) How are you?

Utopia

For my English class (speaking of which, has been surprisingly good) I'm doing a project in which I must design and present a utopia that is ideal to me. This project actually has me pretty excited since a) I have two weeks to work on it and b) I've always toyed around with the idea of a perfect world.

Decided to share it here, because there has not been much content of value. This utopia is based off Antarctica in the Legend series.

In this utopia everything is determined by your actions. Citizens wear contacts that put up a HUD with various things, such as reputation (shown by a number), date, time, and such. The contacts also show an indicator above the heads of all the people in sight. Green would represent a person in good standing, yellow means nearing the danger zone, and red would show a very immoral person. Ideally red citizens would be on a sort of parole. If a red citizen continues declining in points it will result in an immediate transfer to a black indicator and removal from the utopia, with no return. Doing certain things will either give or take points, and indicators would change based off this (this is all still an idea, therefore there aren't any details).

At the very top of the reputation list would be a number of government officials. This status is obtainable by achieving more points than the bottom placed government official. By my logic, this sets up a government that has good intentions.

Playing around with the option of removing currency entirely and implementing instead a ticket system. Hopefully what this would do is create more of a balance. Another thing that I'm on the fence with is a military. Considering making a small peace keeping force. This utopia would be strictly sealed off from the outside, so there is no need for a large military.

To enter this utopia a person must go through judgement. Citizens would oversee this would be the five under the government officials in the reputation list, and would be dubbed the "Overseers".

Fun.

#18: The Anti-Bucket List

I wanted to do this one for today's post, but nothing really comes to mind right away. Sorry /: Just gonna end this post here. Next time we'll see if I can do this, and if not I'll skip it completely.

Thanks for spring break :) Most of yesterday was spent at a robotics competition at BCIT, and I was feeling terrible last night. Went for a walk and did some random stuff. Called somebody and had a really nice talk. I'm feeling like a low 6 right now, but considering last night I am feeling better. It's all trivial stuff, and I shouldn't be down. Until next time.

Spring Break Desu

ALMOST NOT SICK GUYS

Good timing too because I have some volunteering to do this weekend and tomorrow is the last day or school before break officially starts. It hasn't just been me that's down in the dumps, a lot of people have been sick lately. But yeah, I've gotten a lot better ^^

SPRING BREAK IS ALMOST HERE.

RPG is Love

Recently I've been getting myself engrossed in RPG-style games. Who knows why?

The flavour of the week has been Crusaders Quest and I'm enjoying it a lot actually. In fact, I'm playing it right now ._.

Nothing Else /:

Performed surprisingly well on the most recent bio tests, and I'm feeling pretty optimistic about it. Handed in course selection the other day, and everything seems to be fine. Friends are all still great and doing well. I took up one of the coaching positions for the grade eight volleyball team this year, and it's pretty fun.

Haven't been posting too frequently, so I'll try to put up posts more often. I'm an 8 for today. See you in the next post <3

Kevin's Sick Again :/

#17: A Letter to my Child

Hey there little guy/gal! What's your name? If present-me could have it my way, then your name would either be Travis or Veronica. Putting that aside, there's one really big question that I want to ask: who's mommy?

Kidding kidding.

I hope I'm treating you well and that you're leading a nice and comfortable life.

Jeez it feels weird talking to somebody who doesn't exist now, if ever.

Your "dad" is kind of sick right now. "Kind of sick" being really really sick. He's actually got a biology test tomorrow and he has to wake up early for band tomorrow morning. Let's hope that he gets better shall we?

There's nothing else that comes to my mind. Hard to imagine that sometime in the somewhat-near future I might have a child who might read this.

Love,
Kevin (March 1, 2015 edition)

Sick Indeed

As you could most likely tell from that insightful letter, I am really sick. My nose has been running away the whole day and I can't seem to stay warm. There's always a chill in my body. But me getting unbearably sick doesn't happen a lot, and the worst of it has passed.

Bio test tomorrow, and socials presentation as well. Time to go prep ^^

Goodnight you wonderful reader. I'm a 7 tonight. Try to stay away from the screen, as you might catch my cold >.<
